Sushita Cabana opens its doors in Aravaca with a clear objective: to establish itself as the flagship restaurant in the area. With this new opening, the Sushita Group continues to grow and reinvent itself with unique restaurants, adding its eighth restaurant in Madrid, consolidating its presence in the city.

It is a bright and colourful restaurant, where the lounge stands out thanks to an imposing red marble fireplace from the Flea Market of Paris. The atmosphere is adorned with unique pieces, such as large Italian bamboo vases from the 1970s, acquired at the renowned antique store Slou, bamboo lamps imported from Italy, and exquisite vases from Siena.

Especially noteworthy is an impressive hand-painted mural by Johina García Concheso, one of Spain’s most prominent muralists. Additionally, Sushita Cabana features an exclusive private space designed as a luxurious linen tent with natural tones, decorated with unique papers depicting beautiful gardens, transporting you to the refined essence of Asia.

Japanese cuisine featuring a wide variety of Cantonese and Southeast Asian dishes.

To craft their diverse culinary offering, the team of chefs embarked on an extensive journey to Hong Kong and other regions of China, where they drew inspiration from the flavors and culinary techniques of Cantonese and Southeast Asian cuisine.

Among the standout creations are the Wagyu Bao with quail egg and teriyaki sauce, the artisan toast with hamachi and avocado, the innovative faux nigiri with tuna on a crispy puff with an emulsion inside, the refreshing lemon fish carpaccio with ricotta and citrus, as well as the irresistible crispy charcoal-grilled seasonal vegetable pizza. These culinary delights make this menu a true temptation for food lovers.

Additionally, at Sushita Cabana, the commitment to health – a characteristic that distinguishes all restaurants in the Sushita Group – is maintained. This is achieved through the use of raw materials that provide multiple benefits for the body. This includes alkaline water, hormone-free and antibiotic-free Norwegian salmon, as well as fresh locally sourced vegetables.

Cocktails are one of the highlights at Sushita Cabana, featuring drinks as original as the “Ginger Paloma (Tequila, Grapefruit Juice, Lime Juice, Ginger Syrup, and Soda)”, “Pisco Lychee Sour (Pisco, Lychee Syrup, Lime Juice, and Egg White)”, and “Spicy Mango Colada (White Rum, Coconut Milk, Pineapple Juice, Mango Syrup, Tabasco Sauce, Lime Juice)”, alongside classics like Dry Martini, Margarita, Mojito, and Aperol Spritz.

Once again, every detail of the new Sushita is carefully selected and chosen to make the experience unforgettable.
