Bacana Communications will be responsible for managing the press for the Spanish gastronomic group, a reference for consumers in the Asian cuisine segment.

“Grupo Sushita” was founded in Spain in 1999 by Natacha Apolinario and Sandra and José Manuel Segimón. Pioneers in Spain in ready-to-eat Japanese cuisine, their products are available in 720 points of sale of the most important food chains in Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, and the Dominican Republic, among others.

“Grupo Sushita es pionero en España en platos preparados de comida japonesa”

It offers a fresh concept of healthy fast food based on Asian cuisine. At its production and distribution center in San Sebastián de los Reyes, it produces 5,000 trays of sushi, woks, and dim sum each day. It also provides bespoke catering services, including sushi bars. In addition to distributing its products under its brand in specialized aisles and premium supermarkets, the group operates six standalone restaurants across Madrid.

Grupo Sushita” has managed to carve out a place in the sector by maintaining a balance between product quality, customer service, and lifestyle philosophy. Currently, it has six locations spread throughout Madrid, with a new opening soon in the Moraleja Green shopping center. Each location has its own personality, offering a different experience in each “Grupo Sushita” restaurant.

“Grupo Sushita mantiene un equilibrio entre calidad de producto, servicio al cliente y filosofía de vida”

La Madonna” has been their most recent opening, where Italian flavors are fused with Japanese ones. When you walk through the door of the restaurant “Le Club,” you will feel as if you have been teleported to another era, with a fusion of exotic Japanese flavors and the Parisian ambiance of the 18th century. “Monseur” offers the best Japanese dishes with influences from their travels to Morocco, Peru, Thailand, or Hawaii. For those passionate about food and literature, their restaurant is “Madame.” Lastly, we can find “Sushita Miguel Ángel” and “Sushita Alberto Aguilera,” where in addition to the gastronomic offer, their meticulous decoration stands out.
