From 27 November to 6 January, the hotel’s historic gardens are transformed into a stunning ice skating rink, surrounded by festive lights, winter greenery and a truly enchanting atmosphere. Each ticket includes hot chocolate with churros, offering the perfect ending to a festive afternoon in the heart of Madrid.

Alpine Lounge: A Festive Winter Retreat

Just a few steps from the ice rink, the Alpine Lounge returns as one of the most inviting winter spaces in Madrid. Inspired by alpine resorts, this cosy retreat invites guests to unwind beside fireplaces, enjoy soft music and indulge in a menu of seasonal delights.

El Chalet: Alpine Flavours in the Heart of Madrid

From 27 November to 14 February, El Chalet offers one of the most charming gastronomic experiences of the season. Inspired by Alpine cuisine, the menu features comforting classics such as fondue, onion soup and apple strudel, all served in a warm, rustic setting reminiscent of a mountain refuge.
